ADULT EDUCATION SESSION LOOKS AT WALT WHITMAN EXHIBIT

Sunday, April 28, at 9:15 a.m.

Join us in Rockwood Hall at 9:15 a.m. on Sunday as Congregational UCC member and UI graduate student, James O’Neil, talks about the Walt Whitman exhibit that he curated at the Main Library. The exhibit “Walt Whitman: A Bicentennial Celebration” celebrates the bicentennial of the birth of one of the most significant and influential writers in the United States, Walt Whitman (1819-1892), and highlights the University of Iowa’s role as a major center for Whitman Studies and Whitman scholarship.
