Join Us for Worship

This year we mark the birthday of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., at a time when we as a congregation are thinking about the care of creation and our response to climate change. While we remember King’s work for civil rights and peace, his influence on the environmental movement is often unknown or overlooked. Today we will consider how King helps us think about our connections with all of creation and encourages our work for environmental justice.

We’ll sing a new song—“O God of Justice,” a hymn by Wesley Forbis with music written by Congregational UCC member, Tim Strang.

And for the second weekend in a row, significant snow is in the forecast. It should be over on Saturday earlier enough that shouldn’t interfere with our worship on Sunday. As always, however, check the church website or Facebook page for any changes and use caution as you drive on Sunday morning.
